1. Nature of the Service
Champlin Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections relevant to Champlin, Minnesota. It neither hosts government files nor acts for a government office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Lawful Use Rules
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not use it, or information obtained through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Find someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make an FCRA-regulated decision, including one involving credit, employment, tenant status, or insurance
